Yup, summer’s gone

Just a very short note–Sunday I’ll be taking my portrait booth to what I expect will be the final horse show (for me, anyway) of the season. Fox Valley Saddle Association has been a great venue, with nice people, a good display space, and most importantly of all, a commission. So it’s a fitting place to end the season.

I’m looking forward to Fall–probably my favorite season. The Fall weather here in the Midwest is usually quite delightful, perfect for horses, bicycling, hiking, and just breathing in some fresh crisp air. And of course there is that all too short vibrant burst of color as the trees say goodbye to summer. Mmm…
