A while back, I think it was July, I wrote about my troubles with my website service provider. I was using a template provided by this company, but created by some company in Germany, I think it was. Anyhow, because of relentless updates from Firefox, Explorer, etc., the template creator decided that they had no plans to support the one they provided to me. Which meant that it was impossible to update it, as the “table” function no longer worked.
Yours truly managed to find a really old version of Firefox yesterday, and loaded it onto my laptop. I sat on the edge of my chair, praying this would work, and accessed my website. Voilà! Added photos, fixed some text, and published!
I’m still working away on my new Joomla-powered website, but at least now I don’t feel that crunch to get it done immediately. I just want to get it done because it will look s-o-o-o much better than the one I have now. Am anticipating “dump day”…
